9.3.8. Results and discussion
The value of findings from the longitudinal study was largely derived from the longitudinal study design's ability to track the progress of the Web site design across each design implementation phase. The longitudinal study design was further used to uncover innovations for enhancing the user experience of core media categories delivered by the Web site. Results of the longitudinal study provided detailed insight along research avenues unique to each individual study segment. Additionally, the longitudinal segments provided comparison data between consecutive segments, as well as longitudinally, across all three study segments.
