This case study is an evaluation of a new registration flow for FamilySearch.org. FamilySearch.org is a suite of family history Web sites provided by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This suite of Web sites provides access to millions of records such as birth, death, and census; the ability to search a database of hundreds of millions of individuals; access to research guidance to help locate ancestors; and connection to the largest genealogical library in the world.
