How can HR and DEI departments work together to interrupt bias in basic business systems?

Be warned, this chapter gets geeky. This book’s central message is that DEI goals are best treated as technical problems that require detailed, evidenced-based solutions. Achieving consistent 1 percent gains often will not require much more than tweaks to business systems, if the organization has mature HR systems. But there are quite a lot of tweaks.
