Sentiment Analysis

Sentiment analysis is usually associated with social media and, by extension, with big data. In this chapter you will learn what sentiment analysis is about and go through some practical examples where we analyze the sentiments of tweets. The project for this chapter is the World Sentiment Indicator, which strives to provide an indicator of the general world sentiment based on analyzing the news headlines from a large number of web-based news outlets worldwide.
