Abstract

Oilseeds present farms with an opportunity for fuel, food, and feed production to reduce overall expenses and energy costs and to potentially diversify revenue via oil, feed, and fuel sales. The economic viability of oilseed crops, such as sunflower, canola, and soybeans, requires attention to crop production details as well as harvest and postharvest practices.
