Exposing schemas as a WCF Service

A process can be exposed in two different ways as a service. You can either expose an orchestration as a web service or you can create web services based on the schema file. In case of an orchestration, you will be converting an HTTP SOAP request to a BizTalk message. Then you can perform all your processing based on the message within BizTalk and then return a SOAP response. With exposing schemas as a WCF Service, you can first focus on designing a schema and then you can craft your service before hosting it in BizTalk, where it resides as an endpoint.
