Making specular and roughness maps from a master file

The specular and roughness maps will be combined from the various maps we have created so far. Because of this, we'll jump directly into Krita to combine them. Having an organized file for all your textures makes it easier to mix and match the result you want. The specular map is one-part artistic license and one-part material logic. It should be lightest at the wet mouth and teeth and darker on the horns and claws. The majority of the skin will be dark but will have varying details pulled from maps:
