Abstract

The ongoing increase in urbanization has required the social, ecological, and monetary advancement of urban areas in order to fundamentally upgrade living conditions. The Internet of Things (IoT), information and communication tools, and different advancements have been synchronized to determine the difficulties faced in smart cities. The key objective is to make the most adequate utilization of accessible assets and innovations to foster quality of life, which include support and efficiency in different fields such as healthcare, agriculture, communication, transport, and smart grid. The integration of emerging and evolving technologies can prove to be an important asset in dealing with the security issues that are prevalent in smart cities.
