After you define your blog’s content plan and marketing strategy, you need to find someone to write content for it on an ongoing and frequent basis. If you’ll be the only blogger publishing content on your blog, then you’re in charge, and you can get started right away. However, if your plan for your organization’s blog will take more time than you’re able to dedicate to it — responding to comments, creating content, and creating an active community on your company’s blog — you should look for help.
