In the days before the explosive popularity of social media, comments on blog provided the main source of interaction between bloggers and their readers. Now comments in response to blog posts often live on Facebook Pages or even on Twitter or Instagram. Comments allow visitors to your blog to ask you questions, share their opinion of your post, suggest your next blog topic, or even just leave a note to say hello.
