12. Off the bus, up the stairs
Not getting any exercise because you’re stuck in front of the computer all day? Did you know it’s possible to exercise during the working day without even thinking about it?
Just take a moment to think about your typical workday. You get up, use the bathroom, hopefully you eat breakfast, you get the kids off to school.
You read the morning paper at breakfast or on your way to work. The bus, train or car transports you, and when you arrive perhaps you climb into the lift. You make a coffee in the staff kitchen, and then switch on your computer or whatever equipment you use. OK, so this may not exactly be your start to your workday but it’s probably close enough.
