You’re probably smiling now as you read this. But it’s true. Bananas are now believed to be able to help lower blood pressure. That’s right and it’s official too. The United States Food and Drug Administration has given permission to banana producers to claim that eating bananas can reduce the risk of developing high blood pressure and strokes.
