Unless you look after yourself you’ll be little use to yourself or anyone else. So be nice to yourself. Not sure how? Then read on. Why? Because you’re worth it.

What have you done today that you enjoyed, that made you feel good? This is a question that you should be able to answer easily at the end of each day.
