Reach Beyond Existing Demand
NO COMPANY WANTS to venture beyond red oceans only to find itself in a puddle. The question is, How do you maximize the size of the blue ocean you are creating? This brings us to the third principle of blue ocean strategy: reach beyond existing demand. This is a key component of achieving value innovation.
