Presence
Some people have a strong presence. You can feel it when you are with them. These people establish a rapport with you and they consistently attract colleagues, clients, customers, investors and/or fans. This personal magnetism is often described as charisma. It is a valuable aspect of a strong personal brand.
All the work you have done so far contributes to your presence – as the more aware you are of yourself and the more you allow others to see your authentic self, including your purpose, values and talents, the more others will see and remember your presence.
