Tier 2—Trainer-Educator

Abstract

As an educator, one is responsible for not only teaching others, but for preparing the materials used within the course. The process of preparing the material is itself an educational process. As one is preparing to teach, you learn where the gaps in your knowledge are. The process helps you become a better expert on the subject matter yourself.
