Proactive Accountability Practices

Inspiring people to back their judgment and not to be completely dependent on them is one of the hallmarks of a collaborative leader.

Arlene Zalayet, an executive at Liberty Mutual who has 1,800 employees in her department, recently began holding 18 check-ins a month by video with groups, including entry-level workers.
