To keep your computer running smoothly, you really should establish an optimization schedule for Media Center. Optimization is just a fancy word for freeing up some computer brainpower so it can think more effectively and respond more quickly to your requests. You can set up Media Center to perform optimization tasks automatically through the Settings screen, as shown in Figure 11-4.
