By now you have an idea of what area you want to improve in your project management (PM) community, and on whom, in your community, you want to focus. Based on the culture in your organization, some competency development options will be more effective than others. If, for example, the organization has an internal environment that fosters peer-to-peer knowledge transfer, then formal training effectiveness will be somewhat limited.
