CHAPTER 9Driving Multiple LEDsfrom a Single IC Output:Color-Changing Disco Lights
THIS CHAPTER’S PROJECT IS AN EXAMPLE OF THE TYPE of LED circuit that you can create by modifying the experimental sequencer circuit built in project 7 in the preceding chapter. You can use the final product of this chapter’s project to produce an eye-catching disco lighting effect, as shown in Figure 9-1, or you could even modify it to emulate the flashing control panel of a spaceship, just like those that you see in sci-fi films.
