By the completion of Initiation Stage, there’s a detailed Business Case and a couple of related plans: the Project Plan and a Stage Plan. In fact, there’s a third plan when you look a bit closer: the Benefits Review Plan. (Let’s hope there’s been no cause to call on an Exception Plan so early on!)
