This is going to be a short chapter. A prevailing business philosophy is the concept that if your revenue isn’t growing faster than the industry standard, then you’re getting passed by your competition. That’s crap. You should be happy with whatever size your company is. If you want to grow it, then great. If not, then you don’t have to.
