7. Posts and Pages
Posts and pages make up the bulk of your blogging experience and represent almost the entirety of what brings people to your blog. I’ve spent a good deal of this book talking about what some people might consider to be the bones of a blog. If everything I’ve talked about up to this point represents the skeleton of a blog, posts and pages are the flesh and muscle.
Posts are what you traditionally think of when you think of blogs. They’re chronological, displayed on the front page of your blog, and usually have comments enabled.
