suggests the rule
If Outlook = Rain and Windy = False Then Play
However, the rule in the “Rules” worksheet,
If Windy = False Then Play
is more generalized with higher Support and lower Confidence. The definition of Support,
Confidence, and Capture is given in Figure 4.28 with an example. We will also revisit these
definitions when we study association later in this chapter.
