Cloud Roles and Responsibilities

The cloud setup process spans multiple teams and multiple functions. All of the traditional administrators—storage, systems, network, security, and middleware—and the new set of administrators for the cloud services will have to work together to get the middleware cloud into place. In an effort to streamline the tasks to be undertaken, and to formalize the process followed by various teams, this new set of administrators can be grouped into the following three distinct roles that will coordinate and perform all actions required to set up the cloud infrastructure and to enable the service catalog and the Self Service Portal:
