Creating a cluster in the Azure portal

Follow these steps to create the cluster in the Azure portal:

Sign in to the Azure portal.
Click on New, then search for Service Fabric Cluster under Everything.
Select Service Fabric Cluster:

It navigates to the Service Fabric Cluster blade like shown in the following screenshot; click on Create:
