The next level of resource restriction we need to talk about is Plans. They are used to group several Quotas as logical units. You can compare it a little with the plan for a mobile phone provider where a plan puts Quotas for SMS, voice, and data together. This is a similar concept to Plans in Azure Stack. Plans are levels of service capacity that you, as an internal or external provider, can offer to your tenants:
