Businesses are changing at a much faster pace, so too are the IT requirements servicing the entire enterprise. If you were to sum up all trends to define the next wave of IT spending, more than likely it will be about meeting “end-user preference and experience.” Hence, it is likely that a major chunk of the IT spending (hardware, software, and services) will be about providing the infrastructure that can deliver that experience regardless of how the user is connected to the network.
