Stories are used by most agile teams, and if you use them, it is best that they are written so that they deliver the maximum value to the customer and the sponsor.

Let’s start by not calling them “user stories.” By assuming a user, you are narrowing your thinking to someone sitting in front of a computer or holding a device. The best stories come not from thinking about computers, but from thinking about the business problem you are solving.
