Mastering Data Quality

This section focuses only on your tasks as a business analyst being confronted with data quality as defined in terms of “fit for BI purposes.” For a comprehensive view on this important subject we refer to authors, including Larry English (1999), Thomas Redman (2001), and others. Your task is to interview two major players in data quality management of the organization: the owner and the data steward.
