In this chapter we are going to continue our discussion regarding what makes a manager effective? Or, rather who is an effective manager? To begin with, it is essential for every management student to aspire to become a successful and effective manager. Unless there is a strong thrust from within to prove yourself as a successful person you cannot pay attention to this chapter.
