Effective Communication Skills

Effective communication skills play a crucial role throughout the career of a candidate. Communication is a process of sending messages through select medium and receiving responses from the receiver. It is effective when the sender gets the desired action or answer from the receiver. The word ‘desired’ is important here. For example, you wish to know the name of your neighbour; your communication becomes effective only when you know your neighbour’s name. Communication is not speaking alone.
