3.1Allowing Our Inner Growth to Develop

In the following chapters possible individual paths facilitating inner growth will be explained in principle and briefly discussed. Further reading of specific subjects of interest may then add detailed descriptions for interested readers. Inner growth is a condition for ethical awareness. We must always take upon ourselves the initiative for change through the increased awareness which results from an expanded consciousness. There is only one way we will survive in the VUCA world of lost orientation. It is by permitting our inner growth.
