While a significant body of research exists related to AI and Cloud technologies, alongside an equally thorough examination of Business Model Innovation (BMI), there is currently limited literature that focuses on the drivers that lead organisations to choose and successfully implement AI- or Cloud-enabled Business Transformation (abbreviated to BMT in this book). We refer to these drivers as the necessary ingredients or antecedent capabilities to BMT.
