B: Hi, Will, I’m back. Laura was very welcoming and friendly, but she didn’t introduce me to the others. But I asked her if I could introduce myself and I met Melanie, Celia, Joanne and Robert.
W: Fantastic – you know she probably didn’t introduce the other people because she couldn’t remember their names. By asking to introduce yourself, she was probably mightily relieved and tremendously grateful. Why? Because you got her out of a big hole, saving her a lot of embarrassment.
