Maintaining relationships

During these challenging times, people are so busy that once the meeting, call or transaction is finished they’re off to something else and you will, more often than not, be forgotten. When they do decide to do new or more business with you, you want to be their first choice. Therefore, it’s important your prospects remain aware of you, and current clients and customers come back for more.

There’s more to business than just a transaction. Building a relationship helps you establish a bond. Some clients are even willing to pay more for a product and/or service if they have a personal connection with you, who represents your company: people ‘buy people’ before they buy the product or service.
