Understanding how to network with the opposite sex

The big gender networking gap

I can only generalise here, because of course all men and all women are not the same. However, having studied the subject for many years now, I will share my findings.

If there is one area of our lives where men and women are different it is when we attend events (i.e. network). We think differently, we behave differently and we talk differently. Neither gender is better at networking ... just different. You will become an even better networker when you understand this and act accordingly.
