The Process Management Framework’s Contributions to Risk Mitigation
As mentioned earlier, the framework has been built to reduce uncertainty and risk. Several phases of the framework employ specific techniques intended to do this. Skipping any of the framework phases is possible if it’s deemed that the risk of not undertaking the phase is low. Table 7.2 shows some of the techniques that I’ve found most helpful.
