Formulating Process Vision

The second step of this phase defines attributes of value to the stakeholders of a specific renewal project. In this step, the organization sets the desired results of the process change that will be delivered after the project is completed. Formulating process vision provides many evaluation criteria that can be used later to appraise options for redesign.

Figure 12.3 shows an example of the knowledge produced as a result of this step.
