Demonstrating/Validating the Renewed Process

This step proves that the alternatives are viable or discovers that they aren’t. It delivers buy-in to the new process design through models that demonstrate and predict behavioral and measurable performance improvements. Demonstrating the changes ensures consistent visualization of the new process and some aspects of its enablers. Through this step, the organization achieves a common understanding and acceptance of the proposed solutions.
