The stem-and-leaf plot you created in the preceding section requires no sorting of the data
and no extra temporary columns, but it does require a horrendous formula that you proba-
bly would not want to type.
Assume now that you have the same dataset as in the previous example; the members of the
population are in A2:A26. You need to set up the stems by entering the numbers 3 through
7 in cells C2:C6.
