Time for action - Downloading and installing the imaging library

In order to count and separate the potential nebulae in an image we can use a blob counter. It is a very useful feature and can be applied in many different applications, as it can count objects on a binary image and extract them.

As it is a complex algorithm, we are going to use an excellent open source imaging library, AForge.NET, developed and maintained by Andrew Kirillov (http://code.google.com/u/andrew.kirillov/).
