Publishing with Visual Studio 2017 on Windows

In Visual Studio 2017, right-click on DotNetCoreEverywhere, and choose Publish..., then select Folder, and then click on Publish, as shown in the following screenshot:

By default, you have now published the Windows 10 64-bit version, as shown in the following screenshot:

Click on Settings..., and change Target Runtime to osx.10.12-x64, as shown in the following screenshot, and then click on Save:

Next, click on Publish.

In Solution Explorer, show all files, expand bin, Release, netcoreapp2.0, ...
