As authors, our professional lives have always revolved around
students, either in the form of training and grooming or creating
employment opportunities. Often, both of us used to share our expe-
riences about students handling career opportunities and the role of
communication in such situations. These experiences ranged from
an exceptional student not getting placed even after the convocation,
students getting blacklisted due to fudging in interviews and GD to
the institute getting blacklisted because of a student’s involvement in
