You should trust the organization which is hir-
ing and the choice it has made in selecting you.
Even the organization wants to hire the right
person and doesn’t want to put a candidate in
a role that is completely dierent from his (or
her) aspirations because it only leads to attri-
tion and wrong investment. Though there is no
harm in expressing your preferences assert-
ively, you should not get stuck onto the same
point. You should be open during the interview
and understand interviewers’ perspective.
