Examples of Applying the Capability Model

Chapter 4 explained how individuals, teams, organizations, and others can apply the model. Individual contributors will want to use the model as a guide to understanding the full scope and breadth of talent development. Regardless of the type of role someone has, the size of the organization, the industry, or the location, the model can be used as a tool for an individual’s career development plan.
