I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

ABOUT THE AUTHORS
H. Kent Baker is a University Professor of Finance and Kogod Research Professor
in the Kogod School of Business at American University. He has held faculty and
administrative positions at Georgetown University and the University of Mary-
land. Professor Baker has written or edited numerous books of which his most
recent include Survey Research in Corporate Finance: Bridging the Gap between The-
ory and Practice (Oxford University Press, 2011), The Art of Capital Restructuring:
