11: Use What You’ve Learned
Way back at the beginning of the book I talked about the challenge of organizing information in the physical and digital worlds. As I mentioned there, the challenge is not organizing information, but organizing it in a way that works well for other people—the users.
By now I hope I have you convinced that card sorting is a good method for understanding how your users think and for determining potential organization schemes and groupings.
