Casino events are different than any other type of catering event because of the guest profile. Casino events are usually high end for the food, beverage, décor, and entertainment. These events can range from plated duet dinners with lavish first courses of seafood and theme desserts and signature drinks for events such as New Year’s Eve (perhaps, followed by a celebrity concert), to brunches for daytime-themed slot tournaments, to indoor-outdoor reception-style-themed buffets for events such as July 4 celebrations.
