Cisco UCS Manager: Navigation Pane—Tabs
These tabs can be aligned with different IT functional responsibilities within a typical organization. The details in this section describe which configuration elements are configured under each tab.
Equipment Tab
This tab shows and enables you to interact with all your discovered physical hardware and its configurations. The physical equipment is divided into major categories: Fabric Interconnect, Chassis, Rack Mount, and so on. It also enables you to define global policies that affect the overall UCS domain and most perform firmware management operations. When you select a component, the details of it will be displayed in the content pane. Figure 14-19 shows the Equipment tab.
